Quality Inn Jacksonville near I-72

I have no complaints about this hotel. It was convenient for us and very clean. We had our 2 dogs, which means we were in a dog designated room. I typically expect those not to be as nice but it was nice and clean. Bed was comfy and clean and the room got nice and cold. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise too. Plenty of options. Definitely worth the price you pay to stay there! At least it was for us!!

The rooms were very nice & clean. There is just enough soap, shampoo & conditioner for one person. I didn't go swimming, even though they had a pool. And the air conditioner works! I do recommend this place.

This hotel is an original, stayed here a lot in years past. The employees are amazing, top notch very accommodating and took care of a small issue I had at first only reason for 4 stars at first. Breakfast was good and the pool was very inviting and warm. Bed was very comfortable and relaxing. Could maybe use re painting and new flooring in some areas. But overall I would recommend this hotel to friends and family. It was quiet and I enjoyed my stay. For the staff I give you guys 10 Stars!! Thank you!

We ended up making a last minute hotel after the hotel we were supposed to stay at (Baymont across the street) was utterly disgusting. The lovely front desk lady was able to make a swift reservation in a clean room. I've never slept so well in a hotel. Breakfast options were very limited (waffles and biscuits and gravy). Every single employee was friendly and helpful. Over all it was great. Just get some eggs!

Good quality hotel at a very reasonable rate. You never have to worry about climbing into dirty bedding here or something that is used and has not been washed. This place is clean, staff is friendly (including management) they allow dogs,, beds and pillows are super comfortable. They did have to remove the public hot tub in the pool room. However, there are several rooms that have them and at a reasonable price.

When you're busier than a hornet and a tornado and you need to setthey own.This is a place to go to tranquility and peace are just one of the qualities that you will find in these fully equipped rooms from the staff to the rooms.It's such a beautiful place.Thank you

I am a travel nurse and have traveled for the last 10 years. I have stayed at other surrounding locations prior to my stay at Quality. I must say….. Katie and all the staff made me feel at home, and special. My room was always cleaned and they were always trying to make me feel comfortable. The customer service was real and honest and not fake. At this Quality inn there number one priority is customer satisfaction and comfort. I actually felt like I was home. The employees here went above and beyond my expectations . I have became a Choice member because of this. I have stayed at many hotels I must say Quality Inn in Jacksonville Illinois was my home away from home. Thank you so much for making me feel special. I give them 10 ⭐ Stars!!!!

I come to Jacksonville every year for work. This place was a much better stay than where I was in 2023. The rooms are clean and a/c works good. The continential breakfast is pretty limited for protein items. It includes biscuits and gravy, waffles, cereal, yogurt, bakery products, and fruit.

Great rooms for the price, me and my partner were here for my 21st birthday and wanted a nice cheap place with a pool and this place definitely met my standards, and above, the breakfast that they supply is not the greatest but for hey it's not supposed to be a super fancy breakfast.

Good value. It could have used a few quite minor repairs and touch-ups, but there were no problems and nothing "gross." The room was good for us. Staff was very helpful.
